Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil
1/3 cup chopped red peppers
2 cups chopped baby kale
1/8 tsp grund black pepper
32 TRISCUIT Crackers
6 oz 8 slices deli smoked turkey breast, each cut into 4 pieces
4 provolone cheese slices, each cut into 8 pieces
Directions

1. Heat oven to 350°F.

 

2. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add red peppers; cook and stir 1 min.

 

3. Stir in kale; sprinkle with black pepper. Cook 1 to 2 min. or just until kale is wilted. Remove from heat.

 

4. Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with turkey, kale mixture and cheese.

 

5. Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
